March 8 is the last day for the first batch registration of senior citizens above 60 years old for the Warga Emas programme.
It is a senior citizens appreciation programme whereby those Penangites who are above 60 years old are eligible to receive a token sum of money as an appreciation for their contributions to the development of Penang.
